The foundation’s application for tax exempt status and annual tax return are available for public inspection. Copies of such tax return and application are available to individuals who would like to request a copy. Copies will be provided immediately in the case of in-person requests, and within 30 days in the case of written requests.

A copying fee of 20 cents per page (plus postage, if any) will be required at the time of request. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and money order (for an in-person request) and certified check, money order, personal check or credit card, for a written request.
